The Transaction Management App, a hybrid iOS and Android solution, was developed to empower real estate agents and investment firms.
By providing tools for tracking transactions, converting leads, and optimizing time management, the app aimed to enhance efficiency and productivity in the real estate sector.
Key Contributions
As the lead designer on the project, I spearheaded various aspects of the app's development, including user research, competitive analysis, interaction design, flow creation, and user testing.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and quality assurance teams, I ensured alignment with project goals and user needs throughout the design process.
Wireframes and Prototyping
Prior to finalizing the high-fidelity prototype, I meticulously crafted wireframes and built clickable prototypes. These wireframes served as a foundation for multiple rounds of unmoderated and moderated user studies, allowing us to refine the user experience iteratively.
Feedback from the product team, development team, and stakeholders informed subsequent design decisions.
Dashboard Design
The dashboard was a focal point of the app, designed to be intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging. Adopting a minimalistic material design approach, I aimed for easy adaptation to various brand styles.
The Responsive Score, an AI-generated metric reflecting agent performance, took center stage on the dashboard, providing agents with valuable insights into their success metrics.
Motivational Messaging
Recognizing the importance of motivation in agent performance, I integrated motivational messages and communication features into the app.
Messages such as "Agents that respond first have a better chance at winning the deal!" were strategically placed to inspire and encourage agents, resulting in improved performance levels based on research findings.
High-Fidelity Mockups
To ensure a superior user experience, I conducted extensive UI competitive analysis and brainstorming sessions to explore color combinations, layout styles, and platform-specific patterns. Regular collaboration with development and product teams ensured that the design vision remained aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
